Harassment and violence of any kind are strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated within our company and associates. This policy outlines our commitment to preventing and addressing harassment and violence and the steps we will take to ensure a safe work environment.

a. 5. Reporting Procedures

a. Employees who experience or witness harassment or violence are encouraged to report it immediately to their supervisor, manager, HR department, or any designated company representative.

b. Reports can be made orally or in writing and may be submitted anonymously if desired. However, anonymous reports may limit the company’s ability to investigate and address the issue.

 

6. Investigation Process

a. FilmingGREECE will promptly and impartially investigate all reports of harassment and violence.

b. Trained personnel will conduct investigations, ensuring confidentiality to the extent possible.

 

7. Consequences and Accountability

a. Individuals found to have engaged in harassment or violence will be subject to appropriate disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or other business relationships, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

 

8. Support and Resources

FilmingGREECE will provide support and resources to individuals who experience harassment or violence, including access to counseling, medical assistance, and legal guidance. Employees should contact HR for assistance.
